A few words about us

EVES launched in Autumn 2023. It is our mission to make the process of acquiring export health certificates (EHCs) for horses travelling abroad simple and affordable. Having worked in the South East of England as an equine ambulatory vet and practice manager for the past 7 years Dr Beth Ault BVetMed MRCVS has a keen interest in exports and over the past couple of years has signed over a thousand EHCs. This experience along with great relationships with a multitude of shipping agents enables EVES to provide a reliable, hassle free service to our clients.

Beth understands that the immediate period before travelling abroad with your horses can be a busy time and the importance of the horse’s final preparations and transport going smoothly. EVES prides itself on doing everything possible to ensure your horse’s EHCs do not add unnecessary stress or delays to your trip. We will work with you and your team to make the process as convenient and time efficient as possible, working around your other essential commitments.

As an independent practice with minimal overheads, we are able to make the veterinary fees associated with exporting horses more affordable. We understand that the process is already expensive and sometimes complicated, so we endeavour to keep our fees transparent and cost effective to allow you to travel without undue hassle and expense.

Dr Beth Ault BVetMed MRCVS

Beth graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2015 and immediately undertook the 12 month internship programme at their Equine Referral Hospital. Having completed her internship, she spent 7 years in equine ambulatory practice in the South East of England, focusing predominately in equine internal medicine and providing excellent routine healthcare to a range of horses. Over the past couple of years, Beth progressed to becoming Practice Manager of a large equine practice in Surrey, as well as developing her own case load of professional yards for which she completed export health certificates, as well as undertaking clinical work.

Beth has always been passionate about performance horses  and discovering export work has allowed Beth to combine her passion for performance horses with her administrative skills and attention to detail!

Beth has always been a keen eventing enthusiast, and whilst she has only competed at grassroots level herself, she has been lucky enough to groom at some of the biggest events in the world, including Badminton and Burghley. She is also a keen spectator of show jumping and particularly enjoys watching her clients compete.

In her spare time Beth competes at British Dressage. She has a coloured cob who she bought to be a hunt horse but he has taken unexpectedly well to dressage and competed at the Petplan Area Festival Championships on two occasions. He is just starting to compete at Medium level with the aim of seeing how far he can go!
